I Cut it off!!!!!!

Yep about 6 inches or more. I just love short hair so much better! I keep trying and trying to have long hair but my hair is so fine and thin that it's hard work to make it look good when it's long! and I think my face looks better when it's shorter. Although for a little while my hair was being nice and actually looking good (remember the posts?) and so I wasn't going to cut it, but then right before the hair stylist came (yes she came to my house, boy do I sound like I'm rich right now or what? or I sound like I'm a sick home-bound person...I'll stick with rich) I saw a lady on TV with short hair and just decided to do it! glad I did, I LOVE IT!
Before:

After: (sorry not very good, I kept trying to take one with one of the dogs and they didn't turn out so this was the best one)

Okay that wasn't a very good picture, here's another one, but wow what's up with my eyes? I swear I sleep but they look awful! I'm only posting this because I am crazy.

Too much Halloween crazy!

I love my dogs, yes they are my children, but I have to draw the line somewhere! And I draw it here! I will not be dressing my dogs up for Halloween!

Texas' new bed

Don't like the tag? Rip it off!

She loves to do this with pillows, blankets, and towels, unfortunately they cannot hold up to the beating and we have lost a couple pillows this way (a sofa and bed one as well as her bed) and we now have a whole in a couple blankets and our sheets!

She also dug into the part of her bed that holds the pillow and pulled out some of the foam, that's what you see in the pen.

This is her new bed, hopefully we can stop her from biting it!

Tuesday Tell All....

What is your favorite quote?

"When a friend is in trouble, don't annoy them by asking if there is anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it!" ~Edgar Watson Howe

I love this quote because everyone always says 'let me know if I can do anything' I know I say that to people as well, and I really mean it, but being ohttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gifn the other end it's really hard sometimes to ask for things or even know what I really need or want! This quote really helped me just think of stuff to do for my friends when they were sick or had a new baby, I would just put together a gift basket or show up at their house and clean something etc... and now being on the other end where I do need things but hate asking so much it would be really nice to just have people do things because they care not because I asked, also somethings you may need but don't know it or it's silly to ask, example: just getting cards or emails from people would be nice but if my neighbor asked if there is anything I can do for you it would feel weird saying, a card or email would be nice! Sorry I don't know where I'm going with this anymore, I love this quote and hope you do too.

blah day and question....

I really didn't want to post today because I didn't want people to feel obligated to comment on a blah day! But then I figured I should ask this question that's been on my mind.

First the blah day, what more can I say? I didn't necessarily feel bad, just blah, I did enjoy the cool air coming in the windows but it didn't invigorate me to do anything, I just sat around not accomplishing anything! I had photos to download and stories to go with them but did I do that? NO! I found a couple new blogs and spent time reading all their old posts instead of catching up and commenting on friends. But I did clean the bathroom (not the tub) and therefore I count today a success! At least I don't feel quite so bad about my day. Also I might as well add this since it's already kinda a downer, I realized today that I won't be able to be there for my sister! She is pregnant and if she ever needs me I won't be able to go help her! I may not even be able to go down and visit my brand new niece or nephew! What if my sister gets really sick and needs help? I know others will help but it's just sad to know that I can't just fly down and help if she needs it.

My question: I have noticed that a lot of people make cards for others with their names or initial on them, whenever I make someone a card I feel kinda silly putting my initial on it so I put their name or initial, so the question is what do you prefer? getting a card with your name/initial on it or getting cards that you can send out with your name/initial on it? and how do you feel about sending cards that have your name/initial on them? Thanks!

What cup are you?

I got this email and thought it would make a good blog post. It was fun finding pictures for it on google, you can find a picture of anything there!

Hot Chocolate Cups

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. The conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.
Offering his guests hot chocolate, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of hot chocolate and an assortment of cups -porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain-looking, some expensive and some exquisite - telling them to help themselves to the chocolate.

After all the students had a cup of chocolate in hand, the professor said:
'If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the chocolate. In most cases, it's just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink.'

'What all of you really wanted was chocolate, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups...and then began eyeing each other's cups.'
'Now consider this: Life is the chocolate, and the jobs, houses, cars, things, money and position in society are the cups.

They are just tools to hold and contain life, and the type of cup we have does not define nor change the quality of life we live.
Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the chocolate God has provided us.'

'God brews the chocolate, not the cups . . enjoy your chocolate.'

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect, it means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections. Live in peace and peace will live in you.

The best sister

I truly have the best sister in the whole world, I don't think I mentioned it but last August when I was really sick and on a ventilator she flew out here with her son, I only remember half her visit since I was mostly out of it, she brought her son to the hospital twice (I was in ICU so it wasn't easy) and they said I was awake and tried to talk to him and touch him but the really sad thing is I don't remember!!! I wish I did because I miss him! But she would just sit with me, she also painted my toenails and that was so nice because hey, if you're in bed all day you notice your toes alot! Also she came in Feb. right before I had surgery (I'll post about that don't worry) and helped get me and my house ready and stocked my freezer full of dinners, she is the best cook ever! And then if that's not enough she came out again in June I actually had just gotten back from yet another hospital stay and it was so great to have her here helping me out, cleaning and cooking, I gained two pounds per week with her here! and since it's only been 1 pound every two weeks! so that tells you how good her cooking is! And how much I loved it and ate a lot of it! Okay, now I'm craving her food.....

I just meant to post that she is so wonderful because she got some Amy Butler fabric and what does she do? She makes me a purse! and a make-up bag! This is the first purse she has made and it turned out soooo great! it even has pockets inside that are perfect! also the make-up bag came with make-up!!!! how great is that?? So Thank you Sis for all you do and have done, we have grown so much closer this past year and I just wish we could live close to each other, maybe it's a good thing I'm not healthy enough to fly because I think I would be flying down there every couple months now!

Finally finished!

I finally finished the last two bookmarkers, I liked these because 1)they weren't pink so I got to use a different color and 2)Jill's is a different font. Hannah gave me three choices so I hope the Red was okay I liked the backing I put on it and Jill's was fun because she likes Tomato Red, do you know how many different shades tomatoes are! I hope you like it Jill and then the backing for hers is denim, I felt it with tomato red! I hope you like them girls!

Getting to know me.....

I was tagged with these 12 things to get to know me better:

1.) What I was doing ten years ago: Wow, I guess I would have been starting my Senior year of high school, what a great easy year that was. Only had a couple easy classes, worked at great places (see a previous post) and had a wonderful group of friends that always hung out and had fun.

2.) Five years ago: I was engaged and would get married in three weeks, it was fun, not stressful at all it was the simplest wedding in history I think.

3) One year ago: Boy that's a hard one, that's what I'm trying to blog about! I had gotten home from a major hospitalization at the end of August so I was still recovering a year ago, the progress was much slower than I wanted. I promise to post more about it in it's own individual post.

4.) Yesterday: I was able to go to the store with a blog friend and her little girls, it was so much fun! And then I worked on a cross-stitch project.

5.) 5 snacks I enjoy: ice cream, brownies, nerds, sour gummi worms, jerky.

6.) 5 Things I would do if I suddenly had $100 million: I would buy a house, buy a new car, pay off husband's school so far and save some for his future school bills. I would pamper myself with massages weekly.

7.) 5 locations I would like to run away to: I really just want to go visit my sister!

8.) 5 bad habits I have: wasting time, not calling people, lazy.

9.) 5 things I like doing: cross-stitching, tv, making cards, reading, hair (coloring and cutting)

10.) 5 TV shows I like: Biggest Loser, the office, Dancing with the Stars, Color Splash, Split Ends.

11.) 5 things I hate doing: treatments (I do four a day, 30mins. each), it's not doing but I hate fevers! and not feeling well!

12.) 5 Biggest joys of the moment: my wonderful wonderful husband, my two cute cuddly dogs, my niece, my nephew, my just announced niece or nephew in 9 months!

I tag anyone that would like to do this, doesn't take that long and it's fun to get to know you.

Wonder Woman Award

Wow the WWA, what an honor! Me, a wonder woman? Thank You Chrissy for thinking so. I honestly can't narrow down people to give this too! I am so amazed my all the people I know, they are all wonderful and supportive. I just am so grateful for all those who have been commenting and welcoming me into their lives! What do I do? Okay I will draw names, I'm sorry if you didn't get chosen but I really can't do everyone I'm thinking of!

Chrissy: for going out of your comfort zone (I'm thinking at least just a little) and helping out a stranger and even going to her house! Thank you so much!

Jill: she is the first person I have received good mail from and I love the stickers because I feel official now. And also for welcoming me into her blogging group I know she has a lot of friends and I am truly amazed that she has time to welcome a newbie!

Hannah: for offering to help me out if Chrissy wasn't going to be able too, thank you.

Wendi: I wouldn't have found Chrissy's blog (or she wouldn't have found mine) without you! And I love how open you are with your religion and have helped me to be more open.

Lucy: I love your book reviews, and your life reviews for that matter! I love the way you write:)

There are so many more women who touch my life everyday and I award you with the same award so please count yourself in as well.

Tuesday Tell All

Tell about where you've lived your life.......

Well, my Dad was in the Air Force so we moved around bases, not as much as some but quite a few. I was born in Maryland and then I can't remember where we went after, then we lived in AZ for awhile, then NJ, Texas for 13 years so that's where I claim I'm from and now I have been living in Utah for 8 years now! It may not seem like a lot of moves but each place we moved quite a few times, in fact one time we moved 5 homes in four years!

I liked NJ because that was my first place of snow and a nice playground and a big tree. I did like some of our houses in TX because I loved to ride my bike and if it had a great place to ride your bike I liked it. I love to visit TX, my sister and niece and nephew live there and I miss them a lot, it is so hot and humid there! I do love that they have so much to do, great history. I love Utah because it is cooler, has beautiful views, actually cools off at night, summer is relatively short!

A little offended

Okay so I have a little problem here and I would like you my blogging friends to help me understand it. If a blog is not private then anyone can read it right? and then that means it's open to comments too right? I would not have the great blog friends I have today if I didn't read blogs and start commenting! I never would have met Chrissy and we wouldn't have gotten together today and had a blast (I need to download the pics).

So I received a comment telling me to not comment on their blog anymore!!! And I never said anything rude or out of line, I would just say stuff like 'cute bedroom' etc... Why should I be cut off? Why not just delete the comment if you don't like me, why don't you like me? if you don't know me, read my blog! I'm so confused, I'm putting myself out there and in return get told not too! I guess she wouldn't make a good blogging friend! I just saw that see said that other friends made their blog private because I was leaving comments! Wow! I didn't know I had so much power, or that I was scaring people!!!! Do you think I'm a freak? I just want to get to know people. I have found from friends of friends, if you don't want people to find your blog don't let your friends put your link up! And have a private blog!

I love all you who do read and comment on my blog, and I am flattered when new people comment and hope to get to know more bloggers. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me, I hope I'm not annoying you or freaking you out.

Good Mail!

Wow, my third post today! I'm a blogging nut! But this time I get to blog about Good Mail! I got some! I totally forgot to post Jill's I got her's a couple days ago but today was the big one, what a great mail day!

I got some 'good mail' stickers from Jill and now I feel 'official'.

I got a Thank You from Marie and Donna, love the cards.

And I got Natalie's Pay-it-Forward gift and let me tell you 'WOW'!!! This girl is amazing! What talent! She totally puts my cross-stitching to shame! I am still just floored by how beautiful it is, thank you so much.

*I'm sorry I didn't do the links, I know it's so much cooler with the links but I did't want to take the time right now. Three posts is enough for me! I need to read some blogs now!

She Came!

I sometimes think things are too good to be true, I honestly didn't think someone would help me with my floss, and then were they really going to show up at my house??? But hey, might as well try right? I did, and I am so humbled by the response! Thank you so much, I really feel like my blog friends are the best! I feel so special and lucky. I was a little nervous but as soon as Chrissy walked in I felt so comfortable with her.

Chrissy is the sweetest girl, I just feel so lifted from her visit! It's kind of hard to put into words! She brought her two little girls with her and her youngest is so darling, she has the cutest smile and liked to pet my dogs. We just sat and talked for awhile and it was great! I've had some visitors from my ward come by etc... so it's not that I'm visitor deprived but more 'friend' visitor deprived, I really felt like we will be good friends, I sure hope she feels a little bit this way, if not I will be so embarrassed, not to put her on the spot because I want to know her honest feelings, but that's the beauty of the blog, no one can see me blushing, or crying, or screaming! Sorry, I've started to get in the habit of rambling off while typing.

And wouldn't you know this is totally my luck.......the store didn't have black floss!!! So she brought me the white and is going to go to a different store even further away tomorrow, she already went to two stores for me today! What a sweet heart! If you want me to go with you I could! Maybe. too forward? Usually I'm not, very shy actually.

I took a picture of course, I took this cute one of Chrissy her girls and my dogs, I felt that was enough but Chrissy suggested we take a self-portrait! Good idea! I just don't like the way I turn out! Oh well, get over yourself Ro! That's who I am world. I actually like the closer one with our heads chopped off!

So I had a great morning, thanks so much for getting me floss and visiting with me Chrissy, I can't wait to meet more blog friends. I also can't wait to see what Chrissy writes about it....

Meeting a blog friend....

I'm so excited, tomorrow I will get to meet one of my new blog friends! Chrissy is such a life savor and is being to nice and wonderful by getting me some embroidery floss and bringing it to my house!!! How sweet! I am even more excited to meet her! She is also bringing her two youngest so they will get to meet my cute little dogs, I can't wait! And yes, I will have the camera out and hope to not forget to take pictures! Yeah for new blog friends and how wonderful they are.

As for my Sunday, today was my turn to teach in YW and it was about 'physical health' and 'preventing disease' what a great one for me to teach right? Not only that I haven't felt great all week but still thought I would be able to teach but then last night I felt really crummy and might of had a little fever and same thing this morning, I actually did call to cancel teaching this morning but the sister never picked up, I took some tylenol, said a prayer and within an hour was feeling better, I was able to make it through not only YW but sunday school as well, then I ran home, refilled my oxygen and went back for Sacrament mtg. we get to the first speaker and I am just having the hardest time keeping my eyes open! I check and I don't have any oxygen coming out!!!! So we had to leave early. Didn't feel so good after church, took more tylenol when I could, feel better now, I will probably have to call the dr. tomorrow depending on how I feel and maybe start IV's again, *big sigh* I've only been off of them for two weeks! Don't worry I don't have anything you can catch!

Need a Favor

Okay, I'm going to try this, I need a favor, wondering if one of my blogging buddies can help me. I don't have a car and need an errand! I really need white and black (310) embroidery thread! I was able to stop by Robert's tonight but yep, all out of black and white!!! what in the world! that was the one in Orem so I don't know if the one in AF has some or not, I'm not sure if Wal-mart is carrying embroidery floss anymore because last time I went it was on sale 10/$1.00!!! If they stop it will bug me. Though they never had a good selection.

So can anyone help me? I can either go with them or they can drop it off, I also have Jill, Hannah, Chrissy, and Wendi's bookmarkers almost done so I could give that to you personally!!!!

Just thought I would throw it out there, if not don't worry I will try and go Monday night if my husband gets home from school early enough. Thanks, hope everyone had a good Saturday.

I guess I'll tell you about my saturday too, I had hopes of waking up and taking a shower and filling the day being busy with projects and house cleaning, nope, I didn't feel good when I woke up, was coughing all morning, that wears you out, so I sat on the sofa all morning, and I hate saturday tv so I put in a movie (Mulan) then I felt a little better so I cut everything out for the bookmarkers and now I just need to sew them. I did take a shower and started a load of towels before my husband got home from school, he had a study group and then a test, he works, studies so hard and then gets a 60, so frustrating! So we were bummed out and now just want to snuggle and go to bed.

My first job....

I was just thinking about this today so I thought I might as well post it. I doubt I have a picture but maybe will look this weekend. Wow, you can find anything on the internet! Here's their new look:

My first 'real' job (my dad had a two paper routes that my older sister, younger brother and I helped with before I was 16 so that doesn't count) was at a little sandwich place called 'Bumdoodlers' their slogan was 'not fast food, just good food fast' it was a hot lunch spot. I loved it, I thinking of why did I ever quit then? I think I remember. I started at the bottom, a shy little homeschooled (that's why I could work during the lunch hour) girl, I start filling cups with ice and getting soup bowls, I had a really good work ethic (thank you to my parents) and was always busy cleaning up or organizing, also because my other co-workers were much older and didn't have very good standards so why sit around and listen to their stories when I didn't have too right? I did end up hearing a lot of stories I would rather forget though. I soon went to cashier where I was able to give some high school buddies a discount, especially one boy, he came in every friday and I think know that it was for the sandwich and not me!!!

They would hire other high schoolers to fill the job of filling up cups etc... and I remember one girl that made me so grateful for the way my parents raised me, she was actually the cashier (go figure, less work involved) and when it was slow we are suppose to clean up or at the end of our shift sweep, mop, etc.... she didn't know how! She didn't know how to sweep, mop, do dishes, anything! I was shocked! And to top it off, one day she called her mom (and she only worked like 3 hours a day) because she had a headache and her mom brought her tylenol!!! Wow, poor girl!

Well, I moved up the ranks, but not before one of the older girls that had been working there a long time was always mean to me and I didn't know why, I was always nice and always went the extra mile, well come to find out that was the problem! She was afraid that I was jepordizing her position for asst. manager! I thought what! I'm the new girl, I'm only 16! Well she did eventually get to be manager or asst. manager whatever! I then moved up to making sandwiches!!! it was so much fun! and they made the best, fresh everything, even the bread was homemade, and the soup was delicious, and I'm sure they were sorry for it later but I could eat as much as I wanted! Oh I did.....mmmmm....the best that I still make today they called the 'turkey gobbler' it is freshly sliced turkey breast (like from the deli) and provolone cheese, heated in the microwave for a little bit and then topped with lettuce and tomato, I don't like mayo so only mustard....yummy....I'm going to make one for lunch now....

So after doing so good I'm thinking, why did I quit? well I remember I got the guts to tell the owner that I derserve a raise since I was making sandwiches, I had moved up the ranks, I was her second best employee (all the other high school girls only lasted a couple weeks each), I was very reliable, always early for work, etc... And I got it!!!! but then I found out that the little high school girl that had only been working one week got paid the same!!!!!!!!!! I was out of there.....

Then I worked at a fast food taco place, they put me on the grill!!! I applied for cashier! Not cool, I quit.

And then my second favorite job (and I do have pictures I will need to dig out)......A Soda Jerk!!!!! Yep, I worked at a soda fountain, with the bar and everything (we didn't serve any alcohol, I just mean 'the bar') it was so awesome! and again, I'm sure they regretted it but it was all you can eat and they served the best ice cream, it was made from Jersey Cow milk, mmmmm. They also did some sandwiches and soup that I still make to this day, I loved working there, it's out of business now so I can't even go when I visit, maybe I should try and find that ice cream online? I'm so surprised I didn't gain more weight then I did, but I guess I worked my butt off too!!! Literally! And with Cystic Fibrosis it's really hard to gain weight (thus my struggle I'm dealing with currently) so it was heaven.

I loved being a waitress, I also worked at a bakery as a waitress for a period of time, and I've worked in a couple LDS bookstores, those were fun because I got a lot of reading done since one was really really slow!!! I also love to be a cashier (hence the bookstores) and was a cashier at the BYU Bookstore for 5 years or so, and of course I love to do hair and have worked in a salon for over 6 years. I really like the public I guess, serving them, making them happy, though that was a little easier as a waitress then a cashier. And I can honestly and proudly add that I have never cut anyone's hair shorter than they wanted! even in beauty school!!!! That has been a goal of mine (and also to not let parents give kids bad haircuts! you will have to see my childhood haircuts to understand.) so way to go me!

Guess that's all for this Saturday post. Just finishing up the rest of the book markers, hope to post them tomorrow.

A Warning about Mr. Clean

I got this email, I hope it isn't a hoax, you can never be too sure so I will post it because I just want everyone to be safe.

Ok, I'm forwarding this out to everyone so they don't make the same mistake. This was caused by a magic eraser sponge. She let her kids erase their crayon marks off the walls and never even thought the sponges would have this kind of chemical in them that would cause this kind of burn or even hurt them. Learn from her mistake. Pass this along to anyone who has kids or grandchildren.

Kolby - 24 hours after being burned by a magic Eraser sponge. It was much worse the day before.

Chemical Burns to Children
If you are a parent or grandparent, this post is meant to save your loved ones from the horror one of our friends went through.

Here is the email we received -
One of my five year old's favorite chores around the house is cleaning scuff marks off the walls, doors, and baseboards with either an Easy Eraser pad, or the real deal, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I remember reading the box, wondering what the "Magic" component was that cleaned crayon off my walls with ease. No ingredients were listed and absolutely no warnings were
on the box, other than "Do not ingest."

My package of the Scotchbrite Easy Erasers didn't have a warning either and since my child knew not to eat the sponges and keep them out of reach of his little brother and sister, it was a chore I happily let him do.

If I had known that both brands (and others like them) contain a harmful alkaline or "base" chemical (opposite of acid on the pH scale) that can burn your skin, I never would have let my little boy handle them. As you can see from the picture, when the Scotchbrite Easy Eraser was rubbed against his face and chin, he received severe chemical burns.

At first, I thought he was being dramatic. I picked him up, put him on the counter top and washed his face with soap and water. He was screaming in pain. I put some lotion on his face - more agony. I had used a Magic Eraser to remove magic marker from my own knuckles a while back and I couldn't understand why he was suddenly in pain. Then, almost immediately, the large, shiny, blistering red marks started to spread across his cheeks and
chin.

I quickly searched Google.com for "Magic Eraser Burn" and turned up several results. I was shocked. These completely innocent looking white foam sponges can burn you?

I called our pediatrician, and of course got sent to voice mail. I hung up and called the Hospital and spoke to an Emergency Room nurse. She told me to call Poison Control. The woman at Poison Control said she was surprised nobody had sued these companies yet and walked me through the process of neutralizing the alkaline to stop my son's face from continually burning more every second.
I had already, during my frantic phone calling, tried patting some numbing antibiotic cream on his cheeks, and later some Aloe Vera gel - both resulted in screams of pain. The Poison Control tech had me fill a bathtub with warm water, lay my son into it, cover him with a towel to keep him warm and then use a soft washcloth to rinse his face and chin with cool water for a continuous 20 minutes.
My son calmed down immediately. He told me how good it felt. I gave him a dose of Tylenol and after the twenty minutes was up, he got dressed in his Emergency Room doctor Halloween costume and off we went to the Hospital.

They needed to make sure the chemical burn had stopped burning, and examine his face to determine if the burn would need to be debrided (from my fuzzy recollection of hospital work, this means removing loose tissue from a burn location). My son was pretty happy at the hospital, they were very nice and called him "Doctor" and let him examine some of their equipment. The water had successfully stopped the burning and helped soothe a lot of the pain. I'm sure Tylenol was helping too.

They sent us home with more Aloe Vera gel, Polysporin antibiotic cream, and some other numbing burn creams. By the time we got home, my son was crying again. I tried applying some of the creams but he cried out in pain. Water seemed to be what worked the best.
After a rough night, I took the above photo in the morning. He was swollen and wouldn't move his lips very much to avoid moving the skin on his taut cheeks.

Today he is doing much better. The burns have started to scab over, and in place of red, raw, angry, skin we have a deeper red, rough healing layer. I can touch his skin now, without it stinging.

Friends

F/Bush-Flora Shoes R I E N D S
I am liking this website called spell with flickr, kinda fun.....

So I was talking to my sister about my weekend and told her how I realized I really don't have any friends! With the way I was feeling I only felt comfortable calling her, my friend in Uruguay (like that's happening), or my friend that also has CF and is currently in the hospital and no one was answering! I told her I had more 'blog friends' then I do of actual live (no offense to anyone) friends, you know what I mean. And my sister realized that she didn't have any friends down there either! Her two close friends moved out of state in the past year and she had no one to call! Why can't we live closer to each other? This is the first time in our lives when we are getting along and want to be with each other, we were such opposites growing up! Funny how we have so much in common now!

I really consider my 'blog friends' true friends, you have been there for me through all this sickness while my other friends drifted further away, I think that's one reason I love my blog friends, they are always here, even when they go on vacation they still have pictures and blog. And I actually have friends! I have people leaving comments and praying for me! Wow! Thank you so much, I do express myself much better privately so I am trying to be more open.

Also I love the blog for the journal, I would write in my journal every now and then and especially when I got sick I would write in it more and write about the spiritual experiences I would have, but after I got sick in Aug, I didn't write in my journal about it and haven't since, too much to catch up on now!!! So I really want to try and recap, it's sad that I don't remember it all now, that's what you get if you don't write it down soon enough, but I just wanted to forget what was going on and obviously that isn't going to happen, so I want to write it and hopefully learn from it. And I hope not to turn people away because of it.

I love reading blogs (more than keeping mine up) I love being caught up in the busy-ness of everyone else's life, kids going to school, sport games going on, cooking, I really am truly happy to see everyone enjoying life, it's like, I can't be there but since you blog so well I feel like I was there.

So one more time, Thank You to my blog friends for helping me through this difficult time in my life.

A big thanks....
