Lots of people have a word for the year when I thought about this HOPE totally popped into my head because of what I read in 'Preach My Gospel'
Hope is an abiding trust in that the Lord will fulfill His promises to you. It is manifest in confidence, optimism, enthusiasm, and patient perseverance. It is believing and expecting that something will occur. When you have hope, you work through trials and difficulties with the confidence and assurance that all things will work together for your good. Hope helps you conquer discouragement. The scriptures often describe hope in Jesus Christ as the assurance that you will inherit eternal life in the celestial kingdom.
I feel like that is something I really want to research and understand more and apply more to my life. There are so many to choose from I might do a word a month, we'll see how I do this first month. I want to make it a blog post, my researching of Hope (or my monthly word).
